1. If your relationship is leaving you feeling exhausted and discontent, then you need to make a drastic decision for your health over the long term. Stress management is a continual process of managing your lifestyle in order to create more in control.
More and more studies show that in order for humans to be healthy and happy, we need to build strong networks of support and connections. Making friends is good for our health!
